Thanks has always to Mssrs McMahon, Ballingrud, Meloy, Lane, Oliver and Ms Warron along with the all-important folks who pre-ordered copies of this landmark anthology, paperback copies are in production (with a proof copy due soon to Mr McMahon to check on the typesetting done my end). The limited edition hardback will take a little bit longer and with this in mind all pre-existing and (dare I say it?) any further hardback orders will receive a free copy of the paperback.
